getting feedback was good bc it reminded me of things that i planned to do but got lost or strayed away from
background is different colour or smth for differentiation on consumer vs business
i have allergy, i know certification exists, give me what i need
social business model canvas
map filter based on allergies, why would they care about certified
emergency - shouldnt be able to administer the medication - nurse clinics can but maybe not restaurants being able to hold the epipen and antihistamine, 1 year valid thing, allergy communication - for emergency response, action plan, when/how to use it, whats it for, call hosp anyway then use chart and see what to administer. can a customer even say like symptom, and then ask from restaurant what medication - ask ryan, cant regulate dosage
No - Your school/workplace is not currently able to get Epipen® on prescription for general use. can be used by anyone tho
be more explicit for platesafe w allergies
Standardizing procedures like ingredient disclosure, cross-contamination prevention, and staff training across certified restaurants ensures that customers can expect the same level of allergy safety no matter where they go.
additional resources that are unnecessary, if they don't already have that. can't ensure but can give possible templates. if pass fail, shouldn't control their specific stuff of the restaurant, they might not have the option or capacity to do these things. digital and physical ways so would be hard to adopt additional system (the POS tickets). have systems or things to differentiate, that is acceptable, don't put ur specific certification stuff on them, make the certification requirements generic
can't target both the restaurant and customer at the same level of support - shouldnt make the customers do smth (referring to allergen cards) so decided not to prototype. Sometimes, even with the allergy cards, my sister used it with the translation and ticked the allergies, it didn’t result in anything from the server, there was still a communication issue
should i make it so that only certified restaurants have this filtering? is there even any point
is there any point for the certification if they can't even cater to any of the allergies. like what if they meet all the requirements but cant actually cater, then they just get free promotion from the marketing benefits. or should i make it so that they have to be able to cater for allergies to be certified??
conscious consumer app - what would conscious consumers want from my website, map section, convenience, if they wanna search for a place, google maps
