must have this > emergency - shouldnt be able to administer the medication - nurse clinics can but maybe not restaurants being able to hold the epipen and antihistamine, 1 year valid thing, allergy communication - for emergency response, action plan, when/how to use it, whats it for, call hosp anyway then  use chart and see what to administer. can a customer even say like symptom, and then ask from restaurant what medication - cant regulate dosage
